18"H - A+ (Extra Wide) Shell - Artcobell D85X Discover D800 Series Sled Combination Desk

The Artco Bell D800 Series Sled Base Combination Desks allow students to sit down from either side. The AB-D85AS Sled Base Combination Desk features a seat height of 18”, A sized shell, and a solid plastic work surface. Wire book rack welded to frame provides convenient storage for students. Shell is one-piece, injection-molded polypropylene with anti-static additive. Color is dispersed across the polypropylene for an even appearance. Enhanced waterfall front edge and biometric design allows comfortable seating. Fifteen integrated wrap around ribs are provided for shell strength. Both sides of shell are textured and constructed with a handle in the upper portion of the shell with smooth edges for ease when carrying. Work Surface is constructed of 5/8”-thick high-impact solid plastic molded into a homogeneous unit by heat and pressure. The solid plastic work surface includes a molded pencil groove. Frame is constructed of 12-gauge tubular steel running from front-to-rear of the seat with radius corners front and rear. Seat supports are die formed of 14-gauge steel punched for concealed seat rivets. Top support is a continuation of leg tubing. Frame allows for easy entry from either side of the seat. Wire book rack is constructed of #4 steel wire.
