1-1/8” Particleboard Core with Flat Edge (F)
24”d x 36”w work surface is constructed of a 1-1/8” thickness 45# particleboard core with high pressure laminate (HPL) top surface and phenolic backer sheet for balanced construction. 1-1/8” flat edge is secured to the bottom throughout the perimeter of the top to prevent the edge from pulling away. All tops have a 2.0” corner radius.

Leg & Base Assembly
U-shaped base is fully welded and comprised of 13-gauge 3.0” x 1.5” steel tubes with gray plastic end caps and standard with four (4) 50mm hard wheel locking casters. Vertical two piece pneumatic telescoping support column is 70mm x 70mm x 2mm thick external column and a 56mm x 56mm x 2mm thick internal column with plastic bushings for smooth operation. Standard with a singlehanded cable activated 150N pneumatic cylinder that provides a smooth and efficient height adjustment range of 19.5”. Top height may be adjusted between 30.5” to 50.0”high. Column is attached to the base with four M8 x 60mm button head cap screws. An 8.0” x 8.0” x 7-gauge steel top mounting plate in black powder coated paint is attached to the support column using four (4) M8 x 60mm flat head cap screws. The top is secured to the mounting plate using eight (8) #12 x 1.0” pan head screws. Base and vertical columns are finished in powder coat paint.
